| 職務内容 | 【職務内容】 Within the Operational Resilience and Physical Security and Safety Team of the Security department, the Business Continuity Management Expert will be the Leader of the Business Continuity Management section of the team and Information Technology Service Continuity Management section of the team. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and operating business continuity and risk management processes. The role ensures resilience by managing business impact analysis, risk assessments, business continuity strategies, incident management, and annual testing. 【Responsibilities】 ◆Act as the BCM Expert and Monitor the ongoing Business Continuity Management (BCM) and IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) against our standards ◆Be the main contributor to building the End to End resilience strategy of us ◆Deploy the End to End resilience strategy to support our business resilience ◆Collaborate with departments to mitigate identified risks and enhance operational resilience strategies. ◆Perform market research on the latest trends in security system implementation and provide solutions to any possible security threats ◆Contribute to applying continuous updates / improvements to meet compliance requirements ◆Lead projects relating to business process design, systems integration and risk analysis to identify and address business continuity weaknesses Define and document project plans, action plans, anticipate roadblocks and propose solutions Develop and lead training courses for awareness and understanding of BCM, Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and BCP maintenance Coordinate with businesses the ongoing maintenance of Business Continuity Plans (BCP), such as the scenario of Massive IT Outage, Unavailability of critical 3rd parties |

最終学歴:四年制大学卒以上 |
| ◆Degree qualified, preferably in Business, IT/Engineering or related disciplines ◆5 years of relevant experience in business continuity management, risk assessment, or operational resilience within a regulated environment. ◆Strong understanding of BCM standards, best practices, and relevant regulations (e.g., ISO 22301, EU DORA, ISO3100 or equivalent). ◆BCM professional qualifications are advantageous such as CBCP, CBCI etc. ◆Experience in IT Infrastructure & disaster recovery is highly advantageous ◆Able to communicate with all levels of the organization, including technical concepts to non-technical audiences ◆Experience in writing clear instructions, guidelines, and reports for a broad audience and experience in planning, delivering, and validating BCM testing and exercises. ◆Ability to conduct business impact analysis, risk assessments, and develop business continuity strategies and incident management plans. ◆Ability to provide advice and guidance during incidents or crises, and to make recommendations to senior stakeholders. ◆Excellent project and program management skills, with the ability to influence and implement changes across business areas. ◆Strong communication, facilitation, and training skills, with experience in leading workshops and delivering awareness campaigns. ◆Comfortable to conduct meetings and produce documentation at business-level or above in Japanese; at minimum strong conversational-level English. |
