| 職務内容 | ◆Plan and Manage test projects Plan test activities participating in the IT project initiative/planning activities. Create the master test plans and manage test projects to properly support the IT projects. ◆Define Test Strategy & Planning Develop and review comprehensive test strategies and master test plans (MTP) for complex systems. ◆Test Design and ensure Test Coverage Lead the creation of detailed manual test cases from requirements, ensuring coverage through Requirement traceability matrix. ◆Test Execution & Reporting Lead & Perform test execution, Prepare and present Test reports & Dashboards to project stakeholders. Escalate risks or issues to higher management. |

| ◆7+ years of software development or testing experience. ◆Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience. ◆Proficiency in Japanese/English Language (Business Level) ◆Understand SDLC such as Agile and Waterfall (ISTQB Foundation/Agile Certification) |
