職務内容 【Job Description】
◆Support the IT key vendor management. 
◆Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key vendors to ensure service quality and performance.
◆Collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance with service level agreements and contracts.
◆Financial Oversight: Manage vendor budgets, payments, and financial negotiations, including invoice billing validation to ensure accuracy and cost control, ensuring cost-effectiveness and budget adherence.
◆Contract Management: Lead contract discussions, renewals, and compliance to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
◆Performance Monitoring: Track vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, addressing issues proactively to ensure delivery standards.
◆Governance & Issue Resolution: Maintain governance through regular committee meetings, monitor vendor issues, and coordinate timely resolution of problems.
◆Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (IT, Procurement, Business Units) to align vendor services with organizational needs and objectives.

◆The ability to take initiative and lead oneself effectively without constant supervision.
◆Business acumen and relevant experience: Having a strong understanding of the business context and industry, along with 5+ years of practical experience in the relevant field.
