| 職務内容 | ◆We have prioritized employee engagement as a key driver for flat organization and for company growth. This role will be involved in all internal and external communication activities that help achieve employee engagement and responsible for planning and implementing relevant activities. The activities are diverse, including planning and implementation of various events for employees, project management, writing, editing and posting articles in Japanese and English, Intranet management and other tasks related to employee engagement and its communication. ◆This position will involve collaboration with all levels of employees across all divisions and external stakeholders as required and also closely work with the Group communication teams, which requires English skills and building a good international network. This role will also require strong communication and coordination skills. |

| 【Critical Competencies】 ◆Ability to understand company strategy and customer centricity, and translate them to communication plan that is easy to understand for all employees ◆Strong writing and editing skills both in Japanese and English ◆Language; Verbal and writing communication in Japanese and English. Japanese: Native level. English: TOEIC 900 level ◆Advanced communication/inter-personal skills to influence people from the executive leadership level to staff level to get them engaged in communication messages and activities ◆Project management skills, including logistics planning, solid action tracking, vendor management and stakeholder management 【Other requirements】 ◆10+ years business experience including communication area ◆Educational and Professional Background: ・B.A. or equivalent qualification above. A specific qualification in communication would be a plus. ◆General Skills ・Experiences in insurance or in corporate function in other industries are nice to have ・Good team worker and good team spirit ・Experiences in design and using creative applications such as PhotoShop, Illustrator, and other design tools would be a plus ・Willingness for and ability to adopt changes ・Resilience for multi-tasks under pressure |
