職務内容 【Key Responsibilities】
◆Support As-Is assessment of the current processes
◆Perform the Gap Analysis, identify the Improvement areas and help define the opportunity sizing for Business Process Re-engineering and Improvement Initiatives
◆Drive end to end alignment for project execution including local and global stakeholders and create all necessary project approval documentation and other internal requirements
◆Help identify AI / Lean / Automation opportunities & Design Processes using Business Process Re-engineering that will help enable AI solutions
◆Support/Lead overall project management & governance activities
◆Strengthen approaches and frameworks through best practices sharing and preparing use cases from completed projects
◆Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, IT teams and external vendors including global capabilities to understand the business requirements
◆Help develop Future state of the process and also support Business case development, socialization with local leaders

【ポジションを募集する背景】
The BPR Analyst is responsible for executing of BPR initiative within customer service and operations.
This role will work closely with the Global BPR team, business stakeholders, data analysts, IT teams and external vendors including global capabilities to understand the business needs, partner with various stakeholders to design future state & implement.
The role will also monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of the solutions, and provide continuous improvement and optimization.

最終学歴:四年制大学卒以上
【Qualifications】
◆Strong knowledge and skills in Project management, AI, Process reengineering etc.
◆Experience in working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and using project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
◆Fluent in both Japanese and English, and able to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse stakeholders.
◆Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, and able to handle complex and ambiguous situations.
◆Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative, and able to work independently and in a team.
◆Passionate about AI and customer service & operations and willing to learn new skills and technologies.
◆英語:必要(使用目的:メール、電話、会議、プレゼン)

・Experience in process improvement engagements
・Expertise on process design and documentation;
・Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
・Good communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
