| 職務内容 | 【Responsibilities】 ◆The successful candidate will join the information technology team dedicated to supporting Investment business units for local and global investment applications. ◆The candidate will be tasked with tracking and resolving production application issues. ◆The candidate will be tasked with application development using Agile and DevSecOps. ◆The candidate will be tasked with application operation/management in on-premise and cloud. ◆The candidate shall also coordinate between Japan and overseas IT/business teams to facilitate application development, including demand management and user acceptance testing. ◆The candidate shall also liaise with Japan and overseas IT partners to troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues affecting business activities. ◆The candidate will explore emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence. |

| 【Experience】 ◆5+ years of application development and management experience in financial industry or equivalent. 【Skills】 ◆Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Japanese and English. ◆Broad knowledge of IT: infrastructure (hardware, network basics, cloud), database (SQL Server), server OS (Windows). ◆Application development skills: C#.NET, SQL, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Databricks. ◆Agile and DevSecOps experience or knowledge. ◆Excellent PC skills (MS 365 Power Platform, SharePoint). 【Qualifications】 ◆Microsoft Azure Certifications 【Language】 ◆Japanese: Fluent, English: Fluent 【Personality】 ◆Microsoft Azure Certifications ◆Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking, proactive. ◆Willing to learn. Ability to work under pressure. ◆A good self-starter who can work as a team. |
