| 【Experience】 ◆Working experience in the real estate field for at least 4 years 【Skills】 ◆Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint 【Qualifications】 ◆Professional Certificate: Authorized real-estate transaction supervisor of Japan (preferred) 【Language】 ◆Japanese: Native, English: Business level fluency (preferred) ◆TOEIC: 800 points or higher (preferred) 【Personality】 ◆A good self-starter who can work as a team ◆A social and cheerful personality with good communication skill and cooperativeness ◆Exercise reasonable judgment within established policy and procedure guidelines. ◆Demonstrates initiative, problem solving, negotiation, verbal and written communication skills required. |
