| 職務内容 | 【Job description】 ◆We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Architect with expertise in Lakehouse concepts . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, design, and implementation, as well as a deep understanding of modern data management principles and best practices. ◆The candidate purpose is to ensure the Data Architecture (Enterprise Data modeling, Master/Reference Data Management, Data Lakehouse Platform and Analytics, BI/Data Visualization, all based on Cloud etc.) aspects of IT strategy being aligned with the Company business strategy and, thereby, realize the maximum business return on IT investment and reduce the Total Cost of Ownership of IT systems by achieving the followings: ・Provide an assistance to Chief Architect regarding data architecture decisions. ・ Define, maintain, and improve the Target Data Architecture and Blueprints that support the long-term business strategy. ・Support Group transversal IT programs and contribute to the Data & AI group communities ・Promote the maximum convergence of IT implementation toward the Target Architecture and Blueprints through architecture governance processes. ・In collaboration with Data teams, design the data solutions that will support our company data strategy and future data use cases. ・Contribute to data related solutions. ◆To define appropriate and optimum data solutions based on the business needs defined by the product owner(s) through the user stories. Closely work with Solution Architects to ensure the data aspect of their proposed solutions are aligned with IT strategy and roadmap. Also ensure to reuse the available IT assets to speed up IT capabilities to deliver value to business faster while reducing waste and duplication. |

| 【Qualifications】 ◆TOGAF Certification or over 5 year-experience with data ◆Knowledgeable on Data Management and data lifecycle management methodology ◆Experience on Modeling automation: DBT, and experience on medallion layering (bronze, silver, gold) ◆Experience on Data modeling with ERD definition of core data model of operational data stores and understanding of Data Vault 2.0 modeling in perspective to federated data architecture and Data Mesh concept implementation with Core and Analytical Data products ◆Technology data building blocks like Data Lakehouse, ETL, API, Data pipelines, Meta data, Data masking/encryption, etc. ◆Familiar with GDPR and PIP regulations ◆Knowledge and Expertise on Cloud Technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure) and Data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake…) ◆AI and GenAI experience, implementation of MLOps and LLMOps platforms, and onboarding of use cases as ML/AI products ◆Business level Japanese and Business level English |
