職務内容 | ◆Establish efficient procurement P2P (purchase to pay) process -Standardize and systematize daily P2P process, leveraging Coupa. -Lead change management and transform existing process to more systematized and effective one, working with various constituencies inside and outside finance -Seek possibilities for further process improvements and expand coverage business currently limited to IT and CS ◆Manage day to day activities -Manage day to day P2P activities -Manage daily P2P process and make sure all requisition requests/ purchase order/ payment requests are put in place in a timely manner -Respond inquiries from business and related teams. ◆Manage circa 10people including vendors -Manage team members and help them to grow -Conduct resource management to ensure the team has capacity to deliver expected tasks -Manage vendors in the team with quality and appropriate pricing |
