| 職務内容 | The Project Management Team is looking for a Project Manager with solid project management skills and experience. The successful candidate will have project management and leadership skills with experience in delivering projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will have the confidence to lead their projects, building project plans and business cases and managing successful delivery of scope, schedule and budget. ◆Develop detailed project plans and schedule including plans for communications, resourcing, risk, and issue management ◆Manages scope, cost, schedule, resourcing, and quality to meet the projects objectives ◆Build business case and manage budget ◆Lead regular project meeting and drive project delivery ◆Minimizes exposure and risk on a project through proper project management practices ◆Regular reporting and communications on project status ◆Drives a high level of customer satisfaction through successful project delivery and building good relationships |

最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上 |
| 【Must】 ◆2-5+ years of project management experience with a successful track record of project delivery ◆Solid understanding and experience leveraging project management methodologies ◆Confidence to lead and motivate the project team ◆Good communicator, with effective reporting, presentation and meeting facilitation skills ◆Ability and willingness to mentor, coach, train junior PM members ◆Willingness to learn and adopt new skills and practices ◆Can do mind set, determined problem solver ◆Ability to work autonomously, motivated, productive, and organized ◆Fluent Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) and Business English 【Other】 ◆Independent, motivated, productive and organized. Gets things done ◆Energetic and positive in attitude; can do mentality to all tasks; dynamic and flexible ◆Strong analytical and reporting skills ◆Able to work independently in a timely manner ◆Good communicator at all organizational levels – clear, concise and personable ◆Works well in high stress situations and tight timelines ◆Team Player |
