| 職務内容 | ◆The purpose of the IT Project Manager is to manage IT related Projects. When required, this person needs to jump into the project and manage/lead to deliver on-scope, on-budget, and on-quality. Also the role involves overseeing major BAU activities to maintain quality of services with continuously improving operations and following our security and compliance standards. ◆As part of the PM Office, the IT Poject Manager is in charge of several initiatives, managing the various activities necessary for the successfgul delivery of the project. ・Build and manage the project planning ・Build and manage the project budget ・Identify and manage the different project contributors ・Put in place and lead the Project governance defined ・Manage the Project reporting |

| ◆5 years or more of experience in IT as SME or project manager ◆Project management skills ◆Knowledge of IT infrastructure and Application Engineering ◆Good Team Work ◆Excellent communication skills to the colleagues and clients both on-site and remote ◆Enthusiastic approach ◆Endurance under pressure ◆Have flexible work ethic, and enjoy change and improvement ◆Ownership and accountability ◆Behavior to actively engage in the security and compliance activities ◆Proposal of innovative solution and the resolution of the problem. ◆Quality-oriented attitude, and continuous improvement ◆Well-balanced presentation skill ◆Careful financial budgeting ◆Effectively collaborate with oversea colleagues in projects |
