| 職務内容 | 【職務内容】 The Project Management Team is looking for a Senior Project Manager who can demonstrate an advanced mix of skills in project management, business acumen and a broad technical knowledge. The successful candidate will have solid project management and leadership skills with experience in delivering projects on time, within budget and with high customer satisfaction. The Senior Project Manager will be able to take the lead on our big and complex projects, will assist in determining the project portfolio delivery roadmap and strategy and will help with mentoring, coaching, and training of junior PM team members. ◆Works to develop detailed project plans and schedule including plans for communications, resourcing, risk, and issue management ◆Manages scope, cost, schedule, resourcing, and quality to meet the projects objectives ◆Effectively applies our project management methodology and enforces project standards ◆Minimizes exposure and risk on a project through proper project management practices ◆Regular reporting on project status ◆Drives a high level of customer satisfaction through successful project delivery and building good relationships ◆Assist in determining the project portfolio delivery roadmap and strategy ◆Helps with mentoring, coaching, and training of junior PM team members |

最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上 |
| ◆5+ years of project management experience with a successful track record of large/complex project delivery in a multidisciplinary regulated environment ◆Prince2/PMP/Agile certification nice to have ◆Experience in the Insurance/Finance industries nice to have ◆Fluent Japanese and Business English (JLPT N2 and above) ◆Ability to translate business requirements into technology requirements ◆Solid understanding of project finances ◆Good meeting, effective reporting, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills Personal attributes: ◆Strong leadership and will to achieve in-charge projects ◆Communication skills with stakeholders from all levels (from management members to project team members) ◆Capability of problem solving, strategic project thinking ◆Ability to deal with conflicting situations, work autonomously, motivated, productive, and organized ◆Continually seeks quality in project documentation, reporting and management ◆Works well in high stress situations and tight timelines ◆Willingness to learn and adopt new skills and practices ◆Team Player |
