| 職務内容 | 【Position Summary】 The Project Management Team is looking for an experienced Project Manager who can demonstrate an advanced mix of skills in project management, business acumen and a broad technical knowledge. The successful candidate will have solid project management and leadership skills with experience in delivering projects on time, within budget and with high customer satisfaction. This position works with all levels of the organization to support the successful delivery of projects. 【Key Accountabilities】 ◆Works to develop detailed project plans and schedule including plans for communications, resourcing, risk and issue management ◆Manages scope, cost, schedule, resourcing and quality to meet the projects objectives ◆Effectively applies our project management methodology and enforces project standards ◆Minimizes exposure and risk on a project through proper project management practices ◆Regular reporting on project status ◆Drives a high level of customer satisfaction through successful project delivery and building good relationships |

| 【Skills, Knowledge, Experience】 ◆5+ years of project management experience with a successful track record of project delivery in a multidisciplinary regulated environment ◆Prince2/PMP/Agile certification (excellent project management skills) ◆Experience in the Insurance/Finance industries preferred ◆Fluent Japanese and Business English (for non-Japanese-native candidate, JLPT N2 and upper, not only speaking, but also writing and reading) ◆Ability to translate business requirements into technology requirements, solid understanding of project finances ◆Good meeting, effective reporting, presentation and workshop facilitation skills 【Personal Attributes】 ◆Strong leadership and will to achieve in-charge projects ◆Communication skills with stakeholders from all levels (from management members to project team members) ◆Capability of problem solving, strategic project thinking ◆Ability to deal with conflicting situations, work autonomously, motivated, productive and organized ◆Continually seeks quality in project documentation, reporting and management ◆Works well in high stress situations and tight timelines ◆Team Player |
