| 職務内容 | ◆The Business Architecture team is responsible for translating the company's strategic vision into an executable roadmap, including identifying critical business capability gaps and proposing change initiatives to fill these gaps. ◆The Business Architect will report to the Business Architecture team leader and will be responsible for translating corporate and functional strategies into an Business Capability Matrix Model (BCMM). As a member of the Business Architecture team you will provide feedback from a strategic infrastructure perspective prior to the execution phase, building the case for and designing a common architecture across platforms that helps us balance business needs and sound technology management. The goal is to help business and IT to implement solutions that fit our strategic goals, with low technical debt and reduced total cost of ownership. Business Architects are expected to find opportunities to improve our solutions and infrastructure, proposing these solutions and conducting PoC's as required. This position will work closely with the other teams within the Transformation area (i.e. VMO, Project Management, Engineering, etc.) as well as C-level executives and other teams involved in delivering change (e.g. Enterprise Architecture and DevOps). Ensure alignment between proposed change initiatives, the company’s strategic objectives, and the technology strategic roadmap, working with C-level executives and their teams to translate business visions/strategies into an executable roadmap. Identify and analyze the gaps between strategic objectives and the business’ ability to meet those objectives, and propose change initiatives to fill those gaps. Identify and describe core end-to-end business processes, and take ownership for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of those processes. |
