| 職務内容 | 【Job Description】 ◆From the business needs, collaborate with business divisions, analysts, IT development vendors, regional representatives, infrastructure personnel, architects, and other stakeholders to develop optimal system solutions ◆Manage Scope / Budget / Resource / Risk / Strategic Priority. Propose System Solutions / Lead 【Decisions or Report】 ◆Recommendations to Top Managers / Authorized Personnel ◆Review the IT development vendor's estimate, project plan, and deliverables. Track the projects are delivered to meet the agreed schedule / budget ◆Manage the outsourcing partner ( in house / as well as external vendor ) ◆Review the test plan for quality control and support test execution. ◆Devise the plan for Production cut over and drive according to it. Need to make sure the alignment of different stake holders are in place during the production cut over ◆Respond to inquiries from each department concerned, troubles / problems, enhancement to the system after production cut over |

| 【Experience】 ◆Around 7-10 years of working experience on web application development / illustration or Application system development experience/ mobile application development (E.g. Enterprise Web application / Micro service / Cloud ◆Native Application development experience) [Must have] ◆He / She should be proficient bi-lingual ( Japanese : Fluent ; English: Business level ) [Must have] ◆Application development experience with offshore IT development vendor [Must have] ◆It is desirable to have 3 years of experience in Insurance industry as IT system analyst / system engineer [Must to have] ◆In an Insurance organization, worked on the illustration or application creation system development [Must to have] ◆It is desirable to have project leader experience [Nice to have] ◆Experience in Agile development method [Nice to have] 【Skills and abilities】 ◆Business level Japanese (required) ◆Business level English (writing ability · conversational ability) (required) ◆Fairly technical knowledge on web application development / illustration or application system development experience / mobile application development / Understanding of system development process (required) ◆Responding flexibly to change ◆Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), reporting ability to management ( both in Japanese and English ) ◆Able to communicate well with business ◆Logical thinking and powerful analytical skills ◆Problem · Problem solving ability and negotiation skill ◆Being part of the team, need to make sure exhibits the team leadership skills and result oriented ◆People who understand insurance products and insurance business are |
