| 職務内容 | ◆Core Responsibilities · Analyze UX problems (customer frustrations) and create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business requirements and goals · Owns and leads the product design process from defining requirements, creating wireframes of user flows, and site experience through to maintenance · Lead the end-to-end UI/UX Design for marketing programs designed to nurture customer habits · Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and design specifications · Communicates design work concepts and supporting information to key stakeholders |

| ◆5+ years of design experience ◆An available online portfolio ◆BFA/MFA in Design, or equivalent experience, with a focus on UX or Interaction Design. ◆2-6 years of experience designing software or web applications ◆Needed Skills & Abilities ・Doer: Ability to successfully define and deliver projects end to end, working through obstacles along the way. Can operate from strategic to tactical levels ・Analyst: Ability to own customer analysis starting with developing hypothesis and draw actionable insights from data ・Problem Solver: Ability to utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to work through difficult challenges ・Influencer: Ability to overcome resistance, influence and gain support from national and Group Office teams with facts and persuasion |

◆Preferred Qualifications ·Bachelor Degree or above ·Business level English skills · Experience designing for value propositions fueled by big data, creating UI/UX that serves large sets of data and designing visualizations of the data that reveal meaningful insights · Prior experience working with Site Core software development process · Experience prototyping in HTML and CSS · Experience using web analytics tools and services, exposure or familiarity with digital marketing and content marketing workflows · Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business needs and customer expectations |
