| 職務内容 | ◆Coordinate cross-functional teams for sourcing events based on the thresholds set in the local procurement policy. ◆Ensure vendors are pre-qualified and complete confidentiality agreements, as required by current policy. ◆Develop vendor analyses, using our standard tools, to present potential vendors to the cross-functional sourcing team. ◆Coordinate the RFx process by developing the RFx from our standard templates and distributing the RFx according to policies and procedures. Collect data and information necessary to define our requirements for the RFx. ◆Respond to, escalate, track and analyze vendor inquiries with regards to the RFx. ◆Engage and coordinate functional subject matter experts, such as legal, tax, risk management, etc., in support of procurement initiatives. ◆Develop RFx summaries and vendor evaluation matrices, using our standard templates, for the cross-functional sourcing team to evaluate vendor responses. ◆Document results from the sourcing activities ◆Deliver target savings and report the results based on the developed savings methodology ◆Develop the necessary analyses to support the various category management activities |

| ◆大学卒(ビジネスやサプライチェーンに関連する専攻を優先) ◆3年以上の購買経験(ソーシング経験を優先) ◆契約、調達プロセス、調達ツールなど調達手法のベストプラクティスに関する知識 ◆PCでの業務経験 (MS ツール－ MS Excel、Powerpoint、Outlookなど) ◆英語での業務経験（ビジネスレベルの読み書き、会話力） ◆専門的な知識– 間接購買を理解し、それを応用して業界及びマーケットにおけるベストソリューションを特定して有効的に社内へ適用する ◆実行力 –プロジェクトの進捗管理をし、複数なタスクを優先順位を付けて滞りなく進めて成果を上げる ◆チームでの調整力 – 関連する内部部署及び外部ベンダーと戦略的な関係を築き、クロスファンクショナルチームをリードし、関連ステークホルダーの理解や協力を得る ◆コミュニケーション力 – 書面及び口頭でのコミュニケーションを堪能し、外部ベンダーに対して会社を代表する自信を持ち、様々なレベルで異なる立場のステークホルダーと調整ができ、複雑な要件でも簡潔かつ明確的に考え及び目的を相手に伝える ◆交渉力 – 説得力のある交渉力スキルを持ち、当社が望む結果を相手へ納得させてコミットメントを得る ◆分析力 – 責任を持ち様々な意見やオプションの実行可能性を評価し、細部まで注意して、複雑な情報を理解、集約、付加価値を付けて提案する |
