| 職務内容 | 【New opportunity exploration】 ◆Create and scale innovative advertising programs across different social (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube) and display platforms, across mobile/desktop/app ◆Identify trends and new technology in mobile, influencer partnerships and on-site customer engagement to help us stay ahead of the curve ◆Lead initiatives to expand ad funnel and efficiency ◆Assist with user insights 【Promotions operations excellence】 ◆Optimize all social and display ad campaigns using levers including customer targeting, content, creative and bid optimization, to maximize sales efficiency ◆Design structured campaign tests, define success criteria, manage to budgets, and analyze results; find new ways to automate successful initiatives ◆Own A/B test plan and execution for social and display ad copy and creative ◆Track, measure and report on channel results ◆Manage external consultants |

| ◆Experience ・3 years+ experience digital marketing; e-commerce a plus ・Hands-on experience managing social media, influencer and display campaigns with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding performance goals ・Hands-on experience crafting and testing messaging and landing pages to drive conversion ・Understanding of social customer relationship mgmt ◆Skills and Qualifications ・In-depth understanding of key industry metrics and the ability to recognize how they might impact the business (ROAS, CPA, CPC, ROI) ・Strong knowledge of relevant ad tech and new technologies supporting optimization. Adept at utilizing display ad management tools (Doubleclick Campaign Manager, DSP's and SSP's) ・Strong technical and analytical understanding, as well as familiarity with common social tools: listening (e.g. Synthesio), analytics (e.g. Socialbakers, Hootsuite, Radian6, Adobe Social, Lithium), engagement (e.g. Sprinklr) ・Familiarity with reporting platforms (i.e., Google Analytics, DoubleClick, DSP's, etc. ◆Language ・Japanese fluency essential ・English proficiency a plus ◆Personality: ・Passionate self-starter, able to prioritize competing demands and work under time pressure |
