| 職務内容 | ◆Job Purpose ・You will join Innovation lead Section of Data Strategy Department who aims to accelerate the transformation into a fully Data-Driven company. You will be involved in the implementation and maintenance of Machine Learning models in AWS architecture (recommendation engines, fraudulent insurance claims, Lifetime value models, etc…). You will work closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Project Managers to develop impactful data science frameworks in order to improve our customer journey. ・You will work in an international environment. ・This position is hands-on at first but has potential to evolve to managerial position in near future. ◆Key Accountabilities 【Development/Design and Implementation】 ・Build data pipeline: Develop the Data Science models (scoring models, machine learning, AI, etc.) in AWS data lake architecture. Receive approval in Architecture Review Board of AXA Japan. ・Support the implementation and the maintenance in production environment, in collaboration with Data Engineers. ・Build and maintain the CI/CD framework. 【Management of projects and normal operations】 ・Collaborate with Data Scientists to drive projects and regular operations. ・Assist the project leader in planning, designing and managing the execution of the project. ・Produce the related documentation. 【Analysis & Proposal】 ・Support the analysis of business needs and technical environment. Draft solutions in response to requests from business units. ・Participate to discussions about data architecture best practices |

| ◆Technical skills, Job experiences 【Technical Skills and knowledge】 ・Expertise in cloud services (AWS (preferred)): implementing a ML model into a cloud environment. (must) ・Knowledge of Data Science and Algorithms to accompany and understand Data Scientists. (must) ・Proficiency with Python, SQL, ML flow and Github (must) ・Knowledge of ETL tools. (optional) ・Knowledge of OSS (Hadoop, etc.). (optional） ・Knowledge in any of the following areas: accounting, marketing, property/casualty services, etc. (optional) 【Experiences】 ・3 – 10 years working experience. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience (i.e. experience in implementing and maintaining Data Science projects in cloud-based production environment) (must) ・Experience to continuously improve and document applications by using development tools (CI-CD, Github, ...) (must) ・Experience building systems for the financial and insurance industries (optional) ◆Behavioral skills ・Excellent written and verbal communication skills ・Ability to document Use Cases, solutions and recommendations in a clear and concise manner ・Ability to understand the pros and cons of various technologies and platforms and propose solutions ・Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment ・Ability to lead team members with hands-on guidance ・Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment ◆Certificate, Education background ・At least 3 years of relevant experience ・Nice to have: Engineering degree, AWS solution architect associate, AWS developer associate ◆Language skills ・Japanese (Business level and above) ・English (optional but must have willingness to learn) |
