職務内容 We seek an Agile coach and Scrum Master to manage delivery of specific projects or streams of work as part of our Business Transformation initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building and championing the Agile development practice, whilst ensuring the projects are delivered successfully on time and budget using Agile methodology.

◆Manage development and implementation activities of projects using Agile Principles.
◆Ensure the successful and on-time launch of strategic deliveries supporting the Business Transformation.
◆Build strong working relationship with Business (Product Owners, SMEs) and IT teams.
◆Coach team members on Agile best practices and champion the use of Agile development practice.
◆Identify key risks and issues, and develop mitigation plan.
◆Effectively resolve issues under aggressive timelines.
◆Manage project financials, track and report on key project metrics (burn-down, velocity etc..)
◆Act as key contact for the organization as it relates to Agile framework, including questions from team, improvements, training, and latest industry Agile trends
応募要件
(必須)		 最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上
◆Minimum of 5 years of software delivery in Agile environment interfacing with both technical and business teams
◆Strong Leadership skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders who don't have a direct reporting relationship
◆Proven history of thriving in a fast-paced environment, while dealing with ambiguity.
◆Experience managing project financials, risks and issues.
◆Knowledge and experience using project management tools such as Microsoft. Project, JIRA, PMI, etc.
◆Experience managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups with strong team management, leadership and coaching skills
◆Bilingual Japanese and English, Excellent written and oral communication skills
◆Have a College degree, specialized training or equivalent work experience
