| 職務内容 | 【Key Accountabilities】 ◆Configure and maintain SaaS platform ◆Test ◆Deploy/Deliver ◆Monitor ◆Production support ◆Reporting ◆Evaluate new tools and technologies 【Specific Activities】 ◆Provide technical leadership to team members through coaching and mentorship. ◆Maintain high standards of operational quality within the team by establishing best practices. ◆Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team. ◆Develop CI/CD pipelines for pushing code into production. ◆Production support responsibilities for platform fixes. ◆Day-to-day operational support of continuous integration, continuous delivery, and source control tooling. ◆Collaborate with software, infrastructure, network engineers, and DBAs to solve productivity challenges, drive efficiency, automate, and streamline platform builds. ◆Build and maintain monitoring and alert configuration to detect, triage, and resolve issues quickly. ◆Create Proof-of-Concepts using new technologies. ◆Build tools to enhance production triage and improve detection and resolution time. ◆Take charge of escalated outages, lead until they are resolved, and make sure the root cause has been found, fixed, and communicated. ◆Liaise with Global counterparts to exchange knowledge and best practices. ◆Suggest architectural improvements and recommend process improvements. ◆Respect and practice DevOps culture to work effectively with software engineers, test engineers, and architects. ◆Provide off-hours support for production applications. |

| ◆The candidate must have the following minimum work experience and related degrees and certifications: ・5+ years administering cloud or infrastructure services across a large, diverse, enterprise environment ・3+ years in SFDC administration, including 1+ years in SFDC application development ・Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from accredited college/university or equivalent work experience ・Salesforce Certifications: “Administrator”, “Advanced Administrator” ◆The candidate must be highly proficient in the following languages and tools: ・Programming/Salesforce: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Process Builder, and Flows ・Code Versioning: Git, Subversion ・Test automation plus continuous integration/ continuous delivery (CI/CD) using Salesforce DX, Selenium, and Jenkins ◆The candidate must have strong experience in and understanding of the following technologies and concepts: ・Sales Cloud and Servicing Cloud ・Salesforce Sandboxes ・Salesforce security management (platform and data) ・Account administration ・Feature backlogs ・Process automation ・Monitoring, auditing, and reporting ・Application performance monitoring ・Alerting mechanisms ◆The candidate should also have basic knowledge of the following: ・Marketing Cloud ・Databases: SOQL, SOSL, and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) ・Programming/General: Python, Ruby ・Other Cloud technology (AWS and its native services, Azure, etc.) ・Service Oriented Architecture and microservices architecture ・Swagger/OpenAPI specification ・Integration middleware (EAI, ESB, RPC, MQ, API Gateway, etc.) ・Network technologies (DNS, Router, load balancer, firewall, etc.) ・Job scheduling software (cron, Control-M, JP1, etc.) ・Monitoring tools (Nagios, Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.) ◆The candidate must be experienced in the following: ・All stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) ・Information Security Management Frameworks (ISO27000, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, COBIT) ・Change/release management ◆The candidate should also have basic knowledge of the following: ・Agile software development, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks ◆The candidate must demonstrate the following experience and capabilities: ・Prior experience in a technical leadership position ・Ability to quickly triage problems under pressure, determine root cause, and drive resolution ・Ability to promote best practices across the DevOps community, and communicate those practices to senior leadership ・A desire to mentor and coach team members and develop Salesforce user training plans ・Ability to work with any technology and role to demonstrate multi-skilled / T-shaped capacity in the DevOps community ◆Language Skills ・Business-level English (written, spoken, listening, reading) is needed daily as the operating language and to engage global audience ・Intermediate-level Japanese with a domain-relevant vocabulary is needed daily to engage Tribes and business partners |

◆Nice to Have： ・Life insurance industry work experience ・Experience supporting interfaces between multiple application platforms (i.e.: open and mainframe). ・Have taken ADX-201 training (or Classic version of the course) ・Salesforce declarative development experience or have taken DEX-402 training (or Classic version of the course) and “Platform App Builder” certification ・Salesforce procedural development experience or have taken DEX-450 training (or Classic version of the course) and “Platform Developer I” certification ・Have taken other intermediary-level Salesforce courses and Certifications, and can demonstrate related experience |
