職務内容 【Job Purpose】
Procurement team is expanding to sourcing coverage area in Japan. Procurement team is supporting or conducting the sourcing projects for all non-indirect purchasing. Procurement expects for this position that have or familiar with the knowledge / experience for cost analysis (supply/supplier positioning), sourcing 7 steps and contract managing including contract negotiations.

【Key Accountabilities】
◆Procurement skills
・ Exceed 3Y sourcing, procurement experience and practices for in-direct (cost analysis, category sourcing, RFx, Auction, negotiation and contracting) preferably, working experience in Financial industry
・ Have experience the developing or reviewing specifications in RFx, Statements Of Work (SOW), SLA with business units
・ Have experience the contracts and/or purchase orders including reviewing vendor’s deliverables and performance, changes/modifications and contract closeout.
・ Understand due diligence (Financial stability and Reputation check) in the new vendor/services adoption process
・ Have experience or understand to analyzes eｖxpense spending data for vendors and plans/executes the initiatives to optimize the cost by negotiation, with business units
◆Vendor management skill
・ Interviews the unsatisfied points of supplier’s performance and cost with business units and resolve or advise them with business units
・ Support for annual vendor performance evaluation
◆Management skill
・ Facilitates the procurement process proactively to ensure smooth operation
・ Effective communication and engagement with business units and vendors
◆Technical skill
・ Preferable, have experiences / knowledge P2P (Procure to Pay) tool. (e.g. Coupa, other P2P tools)

・Mature individual to be able to make decisions for sourcing project
・Proven experience in the areas of Procurement and or Sourcing.
・Expert in business relationship, purchasing, contracting, negotiating and vendor management.
OR 3+ years of sourcing experience in indirect.
◆Behavioral skills
・Self-learning and self-motivated individual.
・Can handle pressures and deadlines.
・Has awareness to risk and details.
・Has the ability to say “yes” or “no” with clear and logical reasoning.
・Approachable, proactive and teamworking individual.
・Has a good presentation and communication skill.
◆Language skills
・Japanese – Fluent
・English – Read and writing required as minimum skill (preferably, Business communication level

・Good knowledge of finance and accounting, IT/Non-IT service and development.
・Knowledge of general business operations and procedures.
・General knowledge of Japanese applicable laws regulations, policies and procedures (e.g. civil law, insurance supervision guidelines and act on the protection of Personal Information, etc.)
・Have excellent operating experiences on office system tools. (e.g. Microsoft and Windows tools)
