職務内容 | 【Position Summary】 ◆Reports to the Senior Manager of Acceleration. ◆The Reliability Engineering works as a leading position for infrastructure availability things and doing hands-on engineering. This position will direct the team to enhance reliability in all IT operations, especially DR capability and failsafe planning. ◆Needs to foster close communication with platform/AS400 chapter and application team. 【Key Accountabilities】 ◆Planning company-wide DR strategy with simple and consistent way. ◆Define the standard of failsafe solution such as clustering, N+1 redundant solution and align with risk rating of each application based on the requirement of RPO/RTO. ◆Check if any SPOF is exists in the technology and processes. ◆Work with BCP management team to align DR planning. ◆Work with architecture team to implement technologies. ◆Keep maintaining documents and procedures in case disaster is happening. ◆Support DR and BCP drill with business and BCP team. ◆Plan and design of backup/restore strategy including ,restore test/retention management/capacity control/align with standard and align with BCP plan |

【Skills, Knowledge, Experience】 ◆5 years of strong experience for IT infrastructure area work such as designing, construction, design change. ◆Hands on skill for Windows sever administration. ◆Understanding and experience of high availability system configuration. ◆Experience of leading for disaster recovery related activities like DR setup, design, drill. ◆Experience of leading for data backup and recovery strategy related actibities. ◆Understanding of Cloud infrastructure especially Microsoft Azure. ◆Language and communication skill - Japanese + English, required both are business level for communication with multiple teams . ◆And required communication skill for the negotiation, convincing, influencing. 【Personal Attributes】 ◆Energetic and positive in attribute, can do mentality to all tasks, dynamic and flexible. ◆Ability to challenge, with high levels of ownership, organizational skills and attention to detail. ◆Strong learning agility ◆Ability to deal with conflicting situations. ◆Ability to work independently in a timely manner. ◆Exceptional communication skills and ability to communicate appropriately with supporting functions and team staffs. ◆Communication and negotiation skill to talk with other stakeholders, such as other teams, divisions, group IT team. ◆Handles well in high stress situations and tight timelines. ◆Supporting and leading team members. |
