職務内容 | Job Description: We have more than 60 locations throughout Japan, the professional in the role needs to support business growth and to accommodate HC projection with providing professional solutions to meet their requirements, especially for sales branches. This role requires not only execution but need to develop workspace planning with deep understanding of construction & related regulations. Responsibilities: Project Manager is responsible for corporate real estate projects, covering office / branch new set-ups, consolidations, relocations, renovations and BAU changes & churns. This role works closely with the functional / business owners and their teams on project coordination, and manage the projects efficiently, effectively, on time and on budget. Project Manager needs to deliver high quality sustainable office environment & workplace, partnering with IT group. Track the headcount growth & seating capacity across all offices and branches in Japan to understand the occupancy rate. Support in a timely manner the business growth to accommodate the headcount projection providing solutions to meet the business requirements. |

◆5+ years of Facility Management experience including management of facilities with more than 200/300 employees ◆Project Management experience (CRE management, office set up...) ◆High communication skill ◆Japanese: Native ◆English: Business level is preferred but not mandatory |
