| 職務内容 | ◆Job Purpose We are looking for a person who can lead to implement and improve/build the process for Quality Assurance and Release Management on IT area. We have an existing process for these as standard, however, due to recent major modernization introduced to application architecture and infrastructures, the process needs to be adjusted and tested properly especially Software development area include Release management. The job is to keep finding the new or improving way to support Software development quality as well as improving of software release management with all concerned teams (Dev, DevOps, Ops, User, etc.) in order to keep the product quality. The role is expected to lead above matters and to reduce the incident related less quality. ◆Key Accountabilities 【Quality Assurance Management】 ・Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards ・Supporting Integration for code deployment as automation testing ・Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits ・Analyze the changes and identify the test cases with BA ・Plan for testing functionality include regression test ・Keep up to date for automation tool ・Incident analysis 【Release Management】 ・Plan for a release (BAU, Project) ・Coordinate all concerned teams (Dev, DevOps, Ops) for preparation of release ・Define a new process and share for improvement of current process ・Install CI/CD |

最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上 |
| ◆Technical skills, Job experiences ・Experience for leading QA related work and/or with a good knowledge of the process of software release ・Experience in test automation（UI, business logic, performance and load） ・Have a working knowledge for QA process and Methodology ・Have a working knowledge of the following technologies – Java, Oracle, Web technologies and Linux ◆Behavioral skills ・Be a collaborative & flexible quick action taker who thinks customer first ・Have very good analysis skill on business cases and functionality relations ・Be able to communicate/coordinate effectively with concerned team like BA, Dev, DevOps, Ops and business user ・Rigor on quality and security ◆Certificate, Education background ・Non ◆Language skills ・English and Japanese Requirement: Business Level ※The person needs to be able to communicate with all the stakeholders orally and in writing. |
