職務内容 Reporting directly to the Head of Project Portfolio Management (PPM), will contribute to monitor the execution of annual project portfolio to ensure the execution of the strategy of our company.
◆Communicate and coordinate with internal members and external stakeholders to support PPM tasks in compliance with Project Governance standards.
◆Main PPM tasks are as follows under PPM Manager’s supervision
1. In cooperation with Strategy department, elaborate the annual project list and validate with all divisions.
2. Monitor the evolution of the project execution with the project managers.
3. Organize and facilitate the Operational Steering Committees to provide to project’s sponsors and top management with the progress of project’s execution.
4. Identify issues and risks on project execution and support project managers to solve it.
5. Support to Head of PPM in preparation of project update to Management Committee.
6. Prepare project document/presentation slides for Operational Steering Committees

• Japanese: Advanced (both spoken and written, at least JLPT N2 is preferred)
• English: advanced (both spoken and written)
◆Experience
• (Required) Working experience over 5 years
