| 職務内容 | Principal Architect is to lead architectural decisions and establish IT architecture to support business strategy and promote IT activities, by working collaboratively with architects from different layers such as application, infra, data, etc. This job is also responsible for communication to higher management. Although hands on is not its core mission, we put value on hands on programing skills. ◆Enterprise Architecture ・ Formalize IT architecture and present to C-level management ・ Create architecture roadmap for long term challenges ・ Communicate with HQ for compliance with group initiatives ◆Application/Integration Architecture ・ Support Solution Owners to decide architecture for new applications and integrations ・ Review application development standard and process, and provide insight for improvement ・ Work with DevOps team to implement CI/CD process ◆Infrastructure Architecture ・ Work with Infrastructure Architect to define Data Center / Cloud strategy and Network design ◆Data Architecture ・ Work with Data Architect to understand overall Data Strategy and make sure smooth integration between Data Platform and other applications ◆Security ・ Support CISO to make sure applications meet security standard ・ In case of any security issue, give direction to developers for quick fix |

最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上 |
| ◆10+ years of experience as Developer, 5+ years of experience as Architect ◆Proficient in Java, Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns ◆Deep knowledge in Web application, RDBMS, Messaging, HTML and JavaScript ◆Familiar with data management concepts of distributed systems such as ACID, BASE and CAP theorem ◆Understand security practices for application development ◆Experience on authentication/authorization mechanisms such as SAML2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth2.0 ◆Hands on experience on REST and SOAP based applications for both client and server side ◆Experience on Version Control systems such as Git, SVN, etc. with good understanding of branching/versioning strategy ◆Expertise on development tools (Eclipse/IntelliJ), build system (Gradle/Maven) and library management (Maven Repository) ◆Understanding on concepts of Containers (Docker, Container Orchestration), and its ecosystem (Kubernetes/OpenShift) ◆Familiar with concept of Cloud solutions such as Region, Availability Zone, VPC, Subnet, Security Group, EC2, ECS, S3, API Gateway, Lambda, RDS, etc. (not necessarily AWS, but nice to have) ◆Basic understanding on Network technologies such as Router, Firewall, NAT, WAF, IPS, etc. ◆Presentation skill using PowerPoint to communicate to stakeholders with different concerns such as management, business users and IT members ◆English: Business Level ◆Japanese: Business Level |
