| 職務内容 | 【Job Purpose】 Platform Delivery provides the following middleware platform services. Required to have the related technical knowledge for the service delivery. +Middleware platform building & provisioning +Middleware / Application production release +Certification management +Middleware platform refresh +Middleware platform stabilize action +Middleware platform incident Shooting More specific detail service and task are as following. 1.Planning and executing strategy on DB. Develop and implement standards and best practices for database administration. 2.Technical lead for various types of DB(Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, MongoDB, etc). ・Recommend solutions by defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, database security, data back-up, and recovery specifications. ・Manage and maintain database architecture including database replication, disaster recovery, and backups strategy. Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing. ・Manage database capacity including sizing estimation, growth planning, usage monitoring and alerts. ・Implement database performance monitoring and fault monitoring. Promote continuous improvement ・Establish and maintain performance baselines, troubleshoot performance issues and provide recommendations/fixes for identified issues. ・Ensure that end-to-end performance is monitored and maintained to high level of quality, standards, supportability and operability as defined within negotiated and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and to propose and implement necessary Service Improvements ・Responsible to provide consulting in relation to data technology, architecture, modelling and design. ・Ensure the reviewing of releases, upgrades and fixes available from database software suppliers and subscribed security organizations and identify those which merit action. ・Documenting standards and procedures. Ensure licensing agreement compliance with DBMS and DBMS related software. 3.Supervision of each work related to DB (vendor work, project work, etc). ・Platform Specialist has the responsibility of the following management area to make sure the above service delivery from the middleware platform management perspective. ・Platform Specialist is required to engage the task in the initiative of each management area. Also required to engage in the following support area to reach the targeted team goal. The improvement and innovation nurture in each management area is also required. |
