| 職務内容 | 【Job Summary】 Reporting directly to the CDTO (Chief Data & Transformation Officer), the Performance & Control Manager brings value by: ◆Coordinating formal internal communications and create visibility of the division’s activities towards the rest of the organization ◆Supporting and coaching division members to produce MC presentations in order to raise awareness and visibility of the division activities ◆Designing, implementing and managing KPI’s of the Division and proposing the actions to improve them; consolidate into an overall dashboard ◆Securing the accountability of middle managers and delivering quantitative & qualitative analysis ◆Ensuring budget construction and follow-up, financial analysis from within different angles, increase of visibility and predictability and user oriented communication ◆Closely following up the execution of Project Managers deliverables, formal reporting and visibility ◆Aligning with Finance division for recurring operations and in the context of strategic plan preparation and workout ◆Manage the IT Strategic exercise ◆Coordinate different internal Corporate and company reporting streams: ・Compliance, Audit, Security, Risk, Finance ・Project Portfolio Management (BAU Projects) ◆Be responsible for the management of advisory, communication and entertainment expenses of the Division |

| 【Requirements】 1. Required Skills set a) General ◆Expertise in IT organization management and IT governance model ◆Capacity to manage IT budget control and analysis, management of financials aligning with Finance division ◆Expertise in performance management / pool of resource organization and management Expertise in formal communication ◆Capacity to manage tasks for audit and risk management ◆Capacity to manage / create dashboard and KPI with abilities to performance analysis ◆Management of confidential organization b) Communication Skills: ◆Capacity to explain / highlight issues, to propose scenarios and to formulate alternatives ◆Capacity to explain and understand technical and business context ◆Proficient in written formal communication ◆Capable to convey clear thoughts and messages verbally both in Japanese and English c) Tools ◆Powerpoint, Excel, SharePoint d) Education ◆Bachelor’s degree in a related field specialized training (IT or project and finance or insurance), or equivalent work experience. 2. Other Requirements a) Business Knowledge ◆Expertise in Knowledge of insurance industry (nice to have) b) Technical Competency ◆ITIL competency ◆Altlassian Product (JIRA etc.) |
