| 職務内容 | 【Major Duties ＆ Responsibilities】 ◆Lead System project development on behalf of Property ＆ Casualty to success through ensuring projects are well planned, tested and executed as per set guidelines and timelines. Roles include:－ ・Research, understand and document Stakeholders needs of Projects. ・Prepare submission documents required for project approvals on behalf of P＆C in－conjunction with Lines of Business ・Create Business Requirement Specifications with input from stakeholders （including Line of business management ・Create Work Breakdown Schedule for each Project ・Where necessary assist Product Lines in creating premium calculation tools/engines including the documentation of the premium calculation logic. And assist in the UAT of the Rating Tools/Engine ・When necessary, provide information or answer any questions on details required by Business Technology Division or System Developers ・Create Documentation for new system including items such as Quotations, Applications and Policies. And ensure the change or launch of new/revised documents is clearly communicated internally and externally ・Carry out UAT in－conjunction with relevant P＆C Lines of Business. This includes creating test cases, undertaking UAT and checking premium calculations. Any UAT issues should be communicated, fixed and retested ・Create UAT control schedule and history of UAT carried out ・Monitor system development for P＆C related activities and take corrective actions as necessary ・Prepare training and communication plan for system release and carry out the communication in－conjunction with Lines of Business and Communications team. This includes internal stakeholders and external（intermediaries etc） communication ・Finalise and confirm renewal process and announce any changes from current process ・Create operational manual in－conjunction with P＆C Lines of Business and Helpdesk ◆Manage system Maintenance on behalf of Property ＆ Casualty to success through ensuring changes are identified, tested and executed as per set guidelines and timelines. Roles include:－ ・File all system maintenance so that related documents can be tracked properly ・With respect to any System errors, check the details of the error and submit change request/inquiry through JIRA. ・Undertake JIRA related work including BT communication, UAT for change etc ・Research which stakeholders are affected and meet with related parties to discuss issues and provide solutions ・Communicate errors internally （including to Compliance） and externally （including apology letters where necessary） ・Contact point for any system related issues and questions from various stakeholders ・Maintain files of change requests to keep BRS updated ・Create change requests and set priority of requests within P＆C ・Explain change request requirements and obtain costing from a BT or Service Providers ・Create or update any manuals when required ・Register and manage endorsement numbers within Mainframe |

| ◆Insightful thinking to focus on the real nature of matters, and logical thinking skills that allow constructive structuring of complex issues. ◆Senior project management skills with large－scale and/or complicated project experiences over a wide range of areas not limited to specific topics. ◆Advanced communication skills, especially with sophisticated facilitation skills. ◆Experiences in business transformation projects （change management） and IT system development projects. ◆Accounting knowledge. ◆English proficiency （TOEIC 800 or above preferable）, capable of negotiation in English. ◆Experiences as a management / business consultant （manager’s level） are a plus ◆Strong sense of professionalism, being a self－starter without hands－on directions. ◆Ability to think and initiate activities free from past experiences of success. ◆Action－oriented with the strong ownership for successful execution. ◆Flexible thinking that allows challenge against unprecedented new endeavors. ◆Mental toughness with strong belief that would not be shaken easily by resistance. ◆Ability to view things objectively for neutral thoughts that are not bound by conventions. ◆Stability in complying with code of conducts and ethics. |
