職務内容 [Job Description]
The Internal Audit team performs local and global audits covering Operations business units, including Underwriting, Claims, Customer Care, Legal and Compliance.

◆This position will have the following responsibilities:
・Contributing or leading audit projects and special reviews in accordance with the annual audit plan
・Engaging with stakeholders to understand and document key processes and risks within a specific business unit
・Evaluating process design and operational effectiveness
・Investigating and escalating issues identified
・Validating the remediation of issues
・Performing regulatory and industry-driven audit reviews
・Travel to domestic locations may be required

(必須)
最終学歴:四年制大学卒以上
【Experience】
◆4 years or more of experience of audit
◆Work experience in financial institutions, especially in life insurance industry is preferred
◆Relevant professional certifications such as CIA and CPA are a plus
