| 職務内容 | We seek a Middleware technology manager for managing our middleware architecture that handles all the data traffic between our core applications and with our external partners. This is a hands-on technical leadership role initially focused on stabilizing and expanding our middleware platform capabilities and then to own, maintain and deliver continuous improvements. ◆What you will do • Devise the overall strategy to stabilize and expand our middleware platform capabilities based on the strategic business needs. • Lead the technology design, integration and software infrastructure architecture of the middleware platform. • Implement automation for testing and delivering changes to production and integrate into our DevOps Environment. • Own and maintain the technical excellence of our middleware platform and ensure all the underlying technologies are kept up-to-date. • Deliver continuous improvements in partnership with our IT Solution and Business Product Owners. • Lead and mentor a group of developers (both internal and external). • Provide innovative ideas and solutions to problems. |

| ◆Who you are • Enjoys working and collaborating with multiple teams across a wide range of new applications and technologies with a customer-first focus • A creative thinker, problem solver and a self-learner exploring continuously new technologies and trends. • Strong experience delivering strategic middleware services/ messaging applications • Development experience in integrating software APIs and messaging platforms • Experience in Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud • Strong grasp of information security standards, principles and how they apply to business applications. • Operational experience with IT providers, service delivery and performance (define, manage and govern delivery KPIs). • Experience driving product and process improvements. • Working knowledge of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices (Scrum). • Have at least 7 years and a proven track record in the above mentioned areas. • Education: Bachelor's degree • (Flexible requirement) Excellent bilingual (Japanese and English) verbal and written communication skills Technical Skills Must Have ◆Very strong experience with messaging platforms such as Mulesoft ESB, Tibco ESB or Software AG – Web Methods and integration of middleware infrastructure with software APIs ◆Hands-on experience with SaaS based applications such as: CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), and Marketing Campaign mgmt. ◆Very strong background in application software release, deployment and automation tools in a CI/CD environment (prefer Java, Python etc) |
