職務内容 Leads as Program Manager to provide direction, training and guidance to monitor and to engage projects from execution to the end report of assigned portfolio that are critical to the company strategy. Program Manger will overarch and govern the performance of projects through Business Owners and Project Managers and bring complex matrixed enabling functions to deliver the projects accordingly. Program Manager will be monitoring activities such as meetings, reporting, planning, issue/risk, schedule, scope, budget, resource allocation, internal client relationship, and procurement activities. Consolidated report by dashboard / status update on the performances of the projects to be presented by Program Manager at the Management Committee. He/she will be demanded of high critical thinking and problem-solving skills, communication/presentation skills, and effective interpersonal skills to drive the project.

◆Drive company-level project governance on all projects.
・ Overarch and govern the performance of projects through Business Owners and Project Managers.

◆Participate and report in the committees lead by PPM department to control and run the project governance effectively.
・ Operational Steering Committee.
・ Business Transformation Steering Committee.
・ Management Committee.

◆Participate /organize project meetings to seek for possible and immediate changes or detect red flags.
・ Assigned project meetings and steering committee.
・ Business Owner/Stakeholder engagement periodical meetings.
・ Procurement meetings. Vendor meetings.

◆Develop analytical assessments
・ Dashboard, reporting, presentation.
・ Liaise with Finance for project budget reconciliation.
・ Strategy and Transformation team to align with company direction.

◆Liaise and facilitate solutions with:
・ Business Owner and PMs.
・ All related departments, internal and external stakeholders.
・ Risk, Audit, Legal & Compliance, IT Security.
・ AXA Holdings and AXA Group where relevant.
Training ownership.
・ Train PMs assigned by business to be able to standardize required reporting materials.
Governance and control.
・ PPM Manual, governance, rules and regulation.

最終学歴:四年制大学卒以上
◆Those who have the following technical skills & experiences
・ Minimum 5 years of work experience.
・ Proven experience as Program Manager, Project Manager or Consultant.
・ Understanding of project governance and running of projects.
・ Knowledge of general business operations and procedures.

◆Behavioral skills
・ Self-learning and self-motivated individual.
・ Result oriented and has the interest to solve problems.
・ Great presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
・ Positive, approachable, teamworking and have good sense of humor.

◆Final Education: University/College
Welcome Degree: MBA
※ Prince 2, PMP, MSP, CSM, Six Sigma Black Belt.

◆Japanese: Native / Japanese Advanced (both spoken and written, JLPT N2 preferred) , English: Business level (spoken and written)
