職務内容 Main missions
◆Lead closing process on J GAAP basis
・Lead quarterly J GAAP closing process. Coordinate with various constituencies to resolve issues and decides treatment for new/ non-recurring items
・Lead J-tax calculation process
・Analyze J GAAP results and create reports to senior management including Board of Directors and Management Committee
・Create reports to various stake holders including a parent company, external audit firm and regulators
・Prepare press release for J GAAP results
・Contribute to further improvement of current process – more systemization, digitization, robust straight-through process

◆Provide insights related to J GAAP
・Respond to various inquiries related to J GAAP accounting
応募要件
(必須)		 最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上
◆Qualifications (incl. Education)
・Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Management/Business or related academic field

◆Technical skills
・Solid understanding of J GAAP accounting and their interpretation (equivalent to Nissho bookkeeping second grade)
・Strong command of Microsoft Excel
・Quick to learn Accounting System
・Good analytical and problem-solving skills

◆Behavioral skills
・Positive mindset. Willing to make changes, when necessary
・Flexibility and appetite to learn
・Pay attention to details
・Good communication skills. Escalate when encountered difficulties
・Ability to work in a team
・Results focused
Native Japanese / Conversational English (Business level would be preferred though)
