| 職務内容 | ◆As SME, participate and provide actuary manager level expertise in global / local audits in Finance, Risk Management, Product Development and Pricing areas in accordance with the Company’s internal audit policy/methodology ◆Perform SOX testing ◆Perform AUU risk assessment in the areas noted above aimed to support the annual audit plan ◆Summarize audit findings and draft audit issues and report ◆Engage in locally led non-actuarial related audits including audits covering corporate functions and others ◆Establish good relationships and mutual trust with internal and external stakeholders ◆Lead, supervise and coach auditors |

| 【Experience】 ◆15+ years of working experience in actuarial field at domestic and foreign owned insurance companies ◆10+ years of external audit experience at Big Four accounting firm or 8+ years of internal audit experience at foreign capital/leading domestic life insurance or comparable financial industry including SOX testing 【Skills】 ◆Business knowledge on life insurance industry in finance, investment, actuarial, risk management, product development and pricing areas ◆Business communication and presentation skills (Japanese/English) ◆Good project management skill (delivering audit results by due date) ◆Data analytics 【Qualifications】 ◆Fellow or Associate of the Institute of Actuaries of Japan 【Language】 ◆Japanese: Native ◆English: Business level |
