| Experience: ※Listed in the order of a priority ◆The risk management（Integrated risk, Market risk etc.）or actuary-related department experience in the life insurance company. ◆The risk management（Integrated risk, Market risk etc.）or actuary-related department experience in other financial organizations xx Skills: ◆Understanding of finance, investment and risk management ◆Knowledge of life insurance products and operations ◆Knowledge on statistics and quantitative analysis ◆EXCEL, Word, Power Point and other PC skills Language: Any of the following ◆Japanese: Native, English: Intermediate or above (capable of writing/reading business emails and producing materials) ◆Japanese: capable of actively participating in meeting, English: Native Personality: ◆A good self-starter who can work as a team ◆Forward looking mind set to come up with the solutions for the imminent problems. ◆Interested in the insurance industry and capital markets as well as any changes in the regulatory activities in the insurance industry. Attractiveness: ◆Able to engage in the operations and development of risk management at a major global financial institution ◆Able to get deeply involved in and contribute to company-wide business strategy from risk management perspective |
