職務内容 ◆Key Responsibilities [Job descriptions]
Test Lead is responsible for the whole testing related duties and ensure quality of entire system. The person has a deep understanding of testing methodologies and interact with other subsystem leaders in order to ensure consistency among subsystems. The person has also excellent communication skills to be able to bridge business users and IT team. Additionally the person is responsible for the team management/building of testing engineers.

◆Key activities of Test Lead are;
・Plan testing schedule in terms of IT/SIT/UAT
・Define Testing scope by interacting with business teams or development teams
・Manage to develop Traceability Matrix, to design test scenario/case for SIT
・Coordinate business team to scenario/case for UAT
・Manage execution of SIT, track and monitor execution of UAT
・Track and control to fix defects by interacting IT development teams
・Manage defect triage meeting
・Facilitate work-around accepting meeting with business and IT
応募要件
(必須)		 最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上
◆Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experiences
・Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field
・2 + years of working experience in the life insurance industry
・2 + years experiences in global system development Project
・General understanding of insurance products, backend business process
・Deep understanding of Testing process(UT/IT/SIT/UAT, E2E/Adhoc)
・Ability to manage to develop master Test Plan, to track and monitor on-going tasks.
・Ability to understand documents written in English/Japanese (business requirements, system design materials, etc.)
・Ability to communicate by email and/or orally in English/Japanese

・General understanding of Web/JAVA architecture system development methodology
・General understanding of Open system Infra structure like, VM technology, IP network/switch/loadbalancer, windows OS , LinuxOS, Oracle DBMS, Mongo DB, Tomcat, powercenter Informatica, IBM ESB.
・Experience of promoting test automation, CI/CD base development
