職務内容 【Job Summary】
As a member of Procurement, the incumbent will support the business in their needs to acquire goods and services by executing to the sourcing life cycle – sourcing vendors, market analysis, RFx development, price/contract negotiations, SOW and SLA development, business handoff.

【General Accountability】
◆Lead cross functional teams in the sourcing process to ultimately enable selection of the appropriate vendor / partner to support the business.
◆Develop negotiating strategies, especially challenging when there is only one source.
◆Approaches supplier negotiations and partnerships with a view of the total cost of ownership in mind.
◆Ensure that all purchases are approved by all appropriate parties.
◆Ensure vendors complete corresponding assessment/contract requirements according to procurement and related policy before qualify and register into VMF.
◆Engage and coordinate functional subject matter experts, such as legal, tax, risk management, etc., in support of vendor/contract qualification.
◆Track and report of procurement saving forecast vs result on a monthly basis.
◆Develop the necessary analyses to support the various category management activities

最終学歴:四年制大学卒以上
【Knowledge / Education】
•Required
◆7+ years of progressive experience in procurement and/or contract writer, preferably in IT categories such as Application Management Outsourcing, Infrastructure Outsourcing, Hardware, Software, Telecom etc.
◆Proven experience in developing category strategies to identify savings opportunities and drive execution
◆Solid knowledge of procurement, vendor management best practices, processes and tools
◆Contractual Knowledge required in the different IT procurement areas listed above.
◆Undergraduate degree (business, finance, accounting or legal studies preferred)
◆Solid PC skills
◆Good command of English written and spoken

•Strong assets
◆Experience in contract management and/or vendor management roles
◆Graduate degree (business, finance, accounting or law preferred)
◆Familiar with Manulife’s business operations, strategies and financial environment
