| 職務内容 | 【Responsibilities】 ◆Lead/execute IT audit/IT SOX assignments, and special projects in Japan, APAC or global as needed. ◆Plan, execute and report the audit assignments, including work paper documentation, in accordance with our Internal Audit Standard. ◆Summarize audit findings and draft audit issues and report in a concise and precise manner. ◆Monitor continuously the risks and developments of the business, including audit issues tracking and verification, and provide input into audit planning decision. ◆Work with Managers in providing practical and sustainable recommendations to business management to address control weaknesses, providing adequate support to promote effective change and following up on remedial actions taken. ◆Assist in the preparation of detailed reports of project status that will be shared with clients, regulators, and audit committee. |

| 【Job Requirements】 ◆Minimum a University Degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in audit experience, compliance, internal control or IT areas within the financial or related industry. ◆Good command of English and other language is a plus. ◆Flexible and committed team player ◆Good communication and interpersonal skills ◆CISA, CISM, CISSP, PMP, and/or CPA a plus |
