| 職務内容 | ◆Deal with a dynamic and changing environment ◆Anticipate, understand and respond to internal and external stakeholders needs ◆Manage all responsibilities of assigned IT audit engagement in accordance with Group and Local practices ◆Understand various stakeholder requirements in the course of audit and deliver IT audit service against objectives accordingly ◆Lead the assigned IT audit engagement as Audit in Charge and develop the skills and knowledge of the team by providing guidance, training and coaching ◆Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector rules, regulations, best practices, tools and techniques ◆Liaison with Group IA office as a member of bilingual IT auditor Act as an agent for change where change is needed ◆Work efficiently and effectively under the fast changing environment with out of the box ◆Perform regular risk assessments ◆Develop detail audit plan and resource needs ◆Monitor budget ◆Innovate audit methodology and reporting ◆Monitor closure of findings ◆Exercise independent judgement and persuade management to take the right course of action. ◆Assist or own aspects of reporting to senior management, committees, and stakeholders from IT audit perspective |

最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上 |
| ◆8+ years insurance/finance work experience in IT Audit preferably in Asia ◆Big 4 experience is preferable ◆Interaction with boards, external auditors and senior management ◆Knowledge on Japanese insurance regulatory framework ◆Strong communication skills both in Japanese and English ◆English proficiency is a must ◆Knowledge of internal audit methodology ◆Web and infrastructure security ◆Information security ◆Application controls ◆System development life cycle (SDLC) ◆Third party management ◆Project pre/post implementation ◆General IT controls |
