PoC) 5.Platform Communication (Tribes / Business) 【Specific Activities】 1.Participate Design Authority 2.Quick Incident Shooting 2.Analyze the root cause of Incident and implement the solution. 3.Organize the platform roadmap 3.Take a lead of roadmap initiatives 4.Co-work with Platform Architect to support IT strategy. 4.Co-work with Platform Architect to implement new platform solution. 5.Communicate with related people in Tribes and Business team. 【Critical Leadership Competencies】 ◆Monitor and analyze the status of platform. ◆Define the improvement target and organize the road map. ◆Standardize and implement the required guideline / governance methodology and process / tools. ◆Make sure the value in the platform management taking into consideration Efficiency / Productivity / Security / Profitability / Growth. ◆Make sure the risk mitigation management in platform management. ◆Make sure lean start from high priority items, and the agility and frequency of delivery. ◆Focus on the incident shooting taking into consideration the impact on business profit and operation efficiency. ◆Make sure the alignment between platform management and IT strategy. ◆Communicate with members in IT Guilds and Platforms and Tribes, Business team. |
