| 職務内容 | ◆Lead and manage the Information Security Team to ensure the the enhancement and delivery of a comprehensive security and privacy program for XYZ Life Japan by achiving the followings: - Coordinate the development of XYZ Life Japan information security policies, standards and procedures - Coordinate the development and delivery of an education and training program on information security and privacy matters for employees, other authorised users - Serve as the XYZ Life Japan compliance officer with respect to both head office and local security policies and regulations - Follow and improve existing Incident Reporting procedures, both for security incidents, and any alleged policy violations or potential complains from external parties. - Maintain on-going risk assessment program targeting information security and privacy matters; recommend methods for improved vulnerability detection and remediation, and oversee and advise on vulnerability testing - Take part in XYZ Life Japan recovery planning |

最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上 |
| ◆Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in information security, information technology or related field ◆Business Knowledge: Brief understanding of the financial and/or insurance business ◆Education: Master’s degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience. ◆Language: Japanese is the working language. English is also required for local and transversal communication. ◆Leadership: Ability to understand critical factors or tradeoffs to make reasonable decisions and to mobilize relevant parties through convincing communication ◆Communication: Extensive verbal and writing communication skills in the fore-mentioned languages ◆Logical Thinking and Analytical Skills: Ability to derive appropriate conclusion based on given pieces of information |
