| 職務内容 | 【Position purpose】 The missions of this position covers major security activities for those two area working with local security officer: 1. Information System Security 2. Business Continuity 【Roles】 Implement Global Security in those area of responsibility ◆Provides security expertise for the business unit and function. ◆Performs analysis of security risks and identifies the impacts that each risk may cause. ◆Proposes appropriate security positioning to cover identified risks and impacts. ◆Takes care of day-to-day security management and operation. ◆Take responsibility for checking and assessing that security issues are addressed in all stages of the life cycle (planning, production start-up, running, decommissioning, etc.) of business processes. ◆Assesses the robustness and efficiency of the security system according to the requirements defined by the Security Manager of his (her) area. ◆Manages security incidents with Regional C-SIRT team ◆Takes a part in cross-functional Regional Security communication ◆Monitors outsourced vendor whether they can manage operation with proper security level as regular basis. ◆Improve framework for regular assessment, such as system inventory, BIA, risk acceptance and so on with all business department and defines IT continuity plan accordingly to BIA. ◆Coordinate Data Center Disaster Recovery drill with IT and relevant business department ◆Contributes to the localize of the Group's Global Security relevant procedures and to establish the local specific procedures ◆Coordinates Awareness and Trainings to all staffs from the good security point of view. |

| 【Mandatory】 ◆More than 7 years web application development or infrastructure management experience ◆Knowledge of IT governance and System risk management ◆Well known of FSA inspection manual and FISC guideline (especially system risk management) 【Preferable】 ◆Working experience in financial industry ◆Security relevant certification (e.g. CISM, CISA, CISSP, Information Security Specialist) ◆Experience of ISO27001 implementation or getting certification ◆Experience of FSA inspection treatment 【Mandatory】 ◆Good communicator ◆Self-starter ◆Language : Japanese (Necessary), Business level English (Oral and Writing) |
