職務内容 | 【Job Purpose】 IPC (Incident, Problem and Change) Team is a part of IT Service Operations, and has responsible to manage the IT Service quality to be kept higher by the Incident, Change and Problem management. IPC team synchronizes with Service Management team and monitors the delivering IT service quality continuously. IT IPC management policy is formalized based on the ITIL framework and became standardized in IT globally. 【Key Accountabilities】 ◆IPC Team has to lead the local IT service management actions and work together with other country IT service delivery staff and team to keep the IT service stabilization. ・Take initiative aggressively to close IT Service incident for minimizing the business impact and for shortening the off-service time. ・Manage communications with key stakeholders in the incident. ・Lead problem management actions for ensuring the recurrence prevention plans after the incident. ・Control change management procedure for local, regional and global level change. ・Attend the local CAB (Change Advisory Board) and executive level change review meeting ◆IPC Team has full responsibility to manage the IT Services and IT Service production environments, which include Global IT services and partner services to deliver operation services to Japan operation companies (OpCo) ・Attend the Operation Governance meeting which focuses IPC operations. ・Monitor IPC service qualities and take roles for the service quality improvement actions continually |

◆IPC Team staff is requested to take an initiative to keep the IT service stables and to manage he unrelenting service quality improvement activities. ◆At least 2 years experiences in managing IT infrastructure based on ITIL structure. ◆At least 2 years experiences working in IT infrastructure business, unrelated to application programming. ◆Overall IT knowledge, which may be obtained as experience working in IT department / Enterprise Company. ◆University degree level knowledge in Computer Science or other related engineering field ◆English skill to be able to use in IT business, reading and writing ◆Documentation/reporting skills to summarize and organize the reporting elements ◆Good communication, which pulls together the related team/members not only working in Japan but also in other countries ※Additional Requirements for Manager grade ◆Accreditation: ITIL certification and other IT Operation related certifications ◆Sustain competitive advantage: Excellence for managing IPC operations, also having high communication skill with stakeholders ◆Contribution to advancement of Company: Contributing to IT service quality improvement by the change management or Incident/problem management operations ◆Application of skill / knowledge: Good for IT service report creation skills and problem analyzing skills |
