職務内容 | 【Job Purpose】 Service Management team has responsibilities to manage and improve IT service qualities. This team is monitoring IT service performance and qualities regularly, also it aims to evaluate IT service qualities. 【Key Accountabilities】 ◆Service Management team works with IPC team and monitors the delivering IT service quality continuously. ・Take initiative to indicate and report IT Service qualities for giving a proof of IT service contribution to businesses and for finding out the quality improvement points. ・Engage the IT operation process improvement actions and create & revise the process documents. ◆Service Management Team indicates the IT service qualities and reports the results to key stakeholders ・Lead the Capacity and Asset Management actions and report the status to stakeholders ・Support the Operation Governance meeting preparation which focuses the service management. ◆Service Management Team has responsibility to manage and report the IT Services qualities, which are delivered to the Japan operation companies (OpCo). ・Contribute communication and report the IT service qualities to key stakeholders ・Work with Tribe teams for reporting the service quality status to business stakeholders |

◆Service Management Team member is requested to have an acute analytic ability and report creation skill, which explains our service quality level comprehensively. ◆At least 2 years experiences in managing IT infrastructure based on ITIL structure. ◆Overall IT knowledge, which may be obtained as experience working in IT department / Enterprise Company. ◆University degree level knowledge in Computer Science or other related engineering field ◆English skill to be able to use in IT business, reading, writing and conversation ◆Leading and managing skill for IT business, project or operations ※Additional Requirements for Manager grade ◆Accreditation: ITIL certification and other IT Operation related certifications ◆Sustain competitive advantage: Excellence for creating a visualization of IT service qualities, also analyzing the service quality and trend for finding out IT service problems ◆Contribution to advancement of Company: Contributing to IT service quality management and reporting IT service as-is to IT team executives ◆Application of skill / knowledge: Good for IT service report creation skills and data analyzing skills |
