職務内容 【Key Accountabilities】
Provide on-site support / service to end user environment to ensure all personal computer system working properly. And improve the user efficiency and quality from high quality of workplace support
Govern and control the service desk and on-site support vendors.

【Specific Activities】
◆Govern the higher quality of service desk and on-site support vendors continuously through the operation handling and ticket handling. Improve continuously FCR at Tier-1 service desk
◆Lead and control the P3/P4 incidents / problems with Workplace Support, VIP Support, KIOSK service and other user IT device support (for example iPhone)
◆Contribute to procedure improvement and automation through Service NOW deployment
◆Manage the service catalogue is aligned with global standard
◆Build the improvement plan for simplifying or optimizing the workflow, process and also operation
◆Govern the asset management for workplace hardware, software and licenses with other operation team

(必須)
最終学歴:四年制大学卒以上
◆Fluent in Japanese(Must). Business level English (Better to have).
◆5 years or more of experience in Japanese life insurance company
◆Experience in leader position of any insurance/financial business division. Deep understanding on Service Desk and Desktop support business processes is highly desirable.
◆Experience as consultant or business analyst. Its experience in IT or user divisions is highly desirable.
