| 職務内容 | 【Job Purpose】 BCP&DR Team, which is a part of IT Service Operations, is responsible for managing and updating the crisis management program for recovery of disaster and continuity of business services. 【Key Accountabilities】 BCP&DR Manager will lead the IT resources for the IT Service recovery actions and report status to the ALJ crisis management team This includes coordinating the development of advanced arrangements and procedures to ensure the organization can respond to a disaster, so that the critical business functions of the Operating Companies (OpCos) can be resumed within a defined time frame, the amount of loss can be minimized, and any stricken facilities can be repaired or replaced as quickly as possible. In the event of a wide spread disaster impacting Tokyo, Japan, the OpCo business services will be resumed at the Sapporo second site. The 2nd HQ IT team will lead the infrastructure recovery actions in Sapporo and report status to the ALJ crisis management team. 【Specific Activities】 ◆Leads the risk analysis for corporate functional areas to identify point of vulnerability ◆Assures records required for recovery are identified and well maintained ◆Coordinates the effort of the IT staff in different departments to validate the DR-BCM recovery procedures to ensure continuity of services in the event of an emergency ◆Reviews and migrates the 24x7 thread management structure, which will be organized by the collaboration with other country supports ◆Conducts disaster recovery testing methodologies; plans and coordinates the testing procedures to validate their accuracy ◆Communicate and work with IT global members managing IT service of Japan OpCo for preparing to the Japan disaster. ◆Provide stakeholder communications for crisis recovery management ◆Works with CM&BC team for creating efficiency IT BCP&DR plan to businesses |

| 【Requirements】 ◆At least 5 years experience in managing IT infrastructure based on ITIL structure. ◆At least 10 years experience working in IT infrastructure business, unrelated to application programming. ◆At least 10 years experiences in using MS Windows and MS-Office tools ◆Overall IT skill and knowledge, which may be obtained as experience working in IT department / Enterprise Company. ◆University degree level knowledge in Computer Science or other related engineering field ◆Japanese/English skill to be able to use in IT business, reading, writing and conversation is mandatory ◆Documentation/reporting skills to summarise and organize the reporting elements ◆Leading and managing skill for IT infrastructure business, project or operations ◆Strong leadership, which pulls together the related team/members not only working in Japan but also in other countries |
