| 職務内容 | 【Position Summary】 IT Operation management team covers ◆Change & Release management ◆Incident & Problem management ◆Patching management ◆Configuration management ◆Account password management ◆Asset management ◆Capacity management ◆Document and process management ◆Batch operations ◆Project work (such as Service Now, auto batch system) …etc." Together with other team members in Operations Management, this position ◆Pro-actively engages, co-ordinates with other IT infrastructure teams, IT application teams, IT security team to ensure all stakeholders are on the same page and moving to the same goal ◆Drives IT operation process continuous improvement and automation ◆Ensures BAU is sustainable and process are being followed ◆Day to day operation management activities Key counterparts are IT professionals, IT division managers, IT Leaders, and IT vendors, and other internal control functions. "It is a hands-on professional role, which requires strong business sense and skills, with continuous process improvement/automation mindset. It is not a traditional operation role, but a specialist role who has the determination to change the environment to operational excellences by process optimization/automation. Infrastructure team has a flat structure, which each member reports to either Division Manager, or Head of Infrastructure, to promote professional culture and strong teamwork. As such, this position should have strong sense of responsibilities and provide leadership for changes. This role is not suitable to those who like status-quo, or wants to enjoy easy working life |

| ◆金融業界経験 ◆10+ years of working experience, with at least 5 years of working experience in financial companies ◆IT Operation Management background, with ITIL Certification ◆Must have project execution experience ◆Organization skills. Negotiation skills ◆Logical/analytical thinking ◆Has strong desire to build/push for operation automation ◆Good verbal/read/write communications in Japanese/English (High Business level) 【その他】 ◆Positive in attitude; ""can do"" mentality to all tasks ◆Able to work independently in a timely manner.
