| 職務内容 | 【Position Summary】 ◆The NW engineer, reporting to the NW&Voice team manager Lead, IT Operations, and work together with relevant IT team. ◆This is a technical role requiring medium to large enterprise networking experience. The role covers move/add/change requests, network maintenance, documentation and helpdesk escalations for common network incidents and requests. The ideal candidate will provide the first line of defense for incidents, requiring troubleshooting skills. Candidates should not only possess IT domain knowledge, but also soft skills and business knowledge. ◆There is close cooperation with cloud teams in Japan and Group worldwide, and with that expertise helping IT teams to migrate in-premises infrastructure to Azure cloud. This position will responsibly Network & Voice system BAU support for both on-premises and Azure cloud environment. 【Key Accountabilities】 ◆Managing the Network & Voice systems on on-premises and Azure platform ◆L2 network troubleshooting escalations. ◆Move/Add/Change requests for network, firewalls, proxy. ◆Operational optimization and maintenance (i.e. OS upgrades, Vulnerability). ◆Deliver regular reports citing metrics on network service. ◆Create, maintain and review documentation. ◆Group International WAN and Azure Cloud Express route support ◆Ensuring high quality of setup of Network & Voice systems, by working closely with security and architecture ◆Align with group teams from Czech Republic or The Netherlands on NW&Voice systems new developments and provide input for our usable services. ◆Contribute to the global Group cloud community, such as Network & Voice support area |

最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上 |
| ◆At least 5+ years working as a network engineer at a medium-to-large, multinational corporation. ◆Professional level understanding of: ・LAN, MAN, and WAN architectures and the design, installation, and operation of global multi-national networks. ・Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP. ・L2 protocols: STP, LACP, Cisco vPC, HSRP/VRRP. ・Internetwork troubleshooting in a medium-to-large-scale network environment. ・Inter-AS connectivity (route redistribution). ◆In-depth understanding of: ・OSI Model (L1-L7) ・L3-L4, specifically as it relates to the configuration of firewalls. ・Network monitoring (SSH, ICMP, SNMP). ・OS upgrades (IOS/NXOS). ◆Solid understanding of: ・TCP/IP troubleshooting. ・Traffic flow analysis. ・Common network and system attack methods. ・Security best practices. ・802.1X LAN Security. ◆Experience in: ・Wireless LAN Troubleshooting. ・Network OS software upgrades. ・Checkpoint/PaloAlto Firewal management ・Cisco route/switch of IOS and NXOS experience ◆Expertise in interfacing with carriers to manage circuit delivery, troubleshooting and migration. ◆Resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups. ◆Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities. ◆Have the ability to socialize ideas and make recommendations. ◆Ability to develop procedural documentation. ◆Read/Write/Verbal skills in Japanese (High-Business Level), and English (Intermediate Level) ◆CCNP certification. |
