| 職務内容 | 【Job Purpose】 To define appropriate and optimum solutions based on the business needs defined by the product owner(s) through the user stories; Closely work with Tribe Architect to ensure the solutions are aligned with IT strategy and roadmap and ensure to reuse the available IT assets to speed up IT capabilities to deliver value to business faster while reducing waste and duplication. Work with Tribe Architect to identify key business capability gaps, to ensure the strategic and business planning processes address capability gaps within the tribe and to provide hands-on technical solutions to developers within the squads 【Key Accountabilities＆Specific Activities】 ◆Hands-on technical experience to guide the solution implementation ・Based on user stories (high level of business requirements), collaborate with tribe architect to develop suitable solution architect that meet business MVP and validate against existing technical requirements and provide minimum required documentation on solution design. Follows our architecture standards, guidelines, reference architecture and methodologies in the development life cycle. ・Conducts impact and Risk Analyses for various design documents, and contributes to project plans/cost estimates. ・Works with product owner and squad members to address technical problems and ensures the technical design adheres to our architecture standards and Reference Architecture. ・Develops system use cases that support the business use cases to validate user interactions with solution (systems). ・Coordinate and plan the technical requirements among Data, Application, and Infrastructure teams. ◆Hands-on technical experience to guide the solution implementation Work on the implementation with developers to collect first-hand feedback on the taken architectural decisions. ・Responsible for guiding the overall architecture of solutions and how different domain applications/data will be integrated. ・Develops software/vendor comparison/risks analyses in order to expand inventory of recommended solutions/standards and determine whether to buy/build. ・Ensures application designs are compliant with information security, all corporate and regulatory controls (i.e. SOX, HIPPA, etc) ・Participates and/or leads code and design reviews. ・Performs hardware sizing assessments for new implementations. ・Perform security analysis of designs and code to ensure compliance with corporate security standards and industry best practice. ◆Collaboration, Communication, and Leadership ・Collaborate to facilitate the creation of the architecture instead of defining it early in the lifecycle. This will require strong influencing skills and ability to deal with ambiguity of emergent Design ・Frequently update and review the design based on the backlog evolution (EPICs and products design documents) ・“Evangelize” and coach team members on architecture vision and also in producing architecture artifacts for squad teams operating in autonomous way ・Adopt an architecture risk-based or selective approach required to gauge SA involvement: ・Balance between the big picture and now and think about what is happening during the development together with aligning it with the big picture of the entire system. |

| ◆Fluent English & Japanese ◆Minimum 5 years experience in IT ◆2+ years experience in overall architecture discipline (Applications, Data, Technical, etc.) ◆Experience in Insurance is preferable ◆Able to define architecture solutions ◆Demonstrate strong communication and technical skills ◆Good understanding of software development, testing, change, release and project management methodologies, concepts, practices and standards. ◆Hands-on technical experience ◆Ability to work across different teams ◆Champion on the IT strategy and IT roadmap ◆Ability to articulate the IT architecture direction and enforce on the collaboration ◆Strong connections and communication skills with key stakeholders. |
